Discussed with the bakery staff regarding the preparation for the tcs food. per staff prepared in the morning by bakery staff. Recommended to place freshly prepared tcs in the walk-in cooler at first. manager removed and relocated pies and cakes. please ensure rte/tcs food is stored and kept at 41 deg f or cooler. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
