at the produce back food prep. area, checked the sanitizer at the three compartment basin. noted at 0ppm. informed manager. please utilize the other sanitizing station at the adjacent areas, such as deli, or bakery till repair / sanitizer service conducted. facility manager placed a service call to the chemical company. re-inspection scheduled.1-30-2025 Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
