Observed unapproved system due to chemical dispenser which is a shut off connected downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker. Design, construction, and installation of plumbing system shall be designed, constructed, and installed according to law. Discussed concern of waterline contamination with Person in Charge (PIC). PIC to disconnect hose from mop sink faucet when not in use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
