The PIC stated the container is mislabeled and the hot dogs were actually prepped on 9/20/25. Requested all RTE/TCS foods be properly date marked at the time of inspection. -- Chlorine concentration levels undetectable on dishes in low temp/sanitizing dishwasher. Assisted the PIC with restarting, draining, priming, and rerunning the dishwasher multiple times and the sanitation levels consistently tested below 50ppm. At the time of inspection, the dishes were removed from the dishwasher and placed in the 3-compartment sink for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. The PIC will make a "Do not use" sign for dishwasher until repairs are completed. Ensure employees are utilizing test strips to verify dishes are getting cleaned and sanitized properly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

-- Water temperature for 2 of 2 hand washing sinks ranging from 74°F-82°F using probing thermometer. At the time of inspection, the water heater was adjusted and both hand sinks were able to reach a minimum temperature of 100°F. Hand wash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
