Observed an organic pink growth on the underside of the ice production area of the ice machine. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC stated they will have the ice machine washed, rinsed and sanitized as soon as possible. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

No splash guard observed at the back prep area hand sink where salads were actively being prepared less than 24 inches away. Hand sinks should be supplied with a splash guard if located less than 24 inches away from food or food contact surfaces and prep areas. Provide a hand sink splash guard on the left of the hand sink or move the prep table 24 inches or more away from the hand sink to help prevent contamination from splashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
