The refrigerator in the kitchen is in disrepair and unable to hold TCS food items. The PIC stated that the unit was found to be in disrepair Friday of last week. The PIC called to have the unit repaired Friday of last week, but the unit was found to be not maintaining proper temperature over the weekend. The PIC discarded all items that were being stored in the unit. All refrigerated TCS food items were purchased today and are being stored in the infant refrigerators. Both units were found to be at 41F or below. The PIC stated that the inspector would be notified when the unit is repaired and/or replaced.Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.*Discussed with the PIC about contacting Plan Review Department (602.506.6980/www.maricopa.gov) if a new commercial stove is added to submit plans for a ventilation hood.
