Discussed approved design criteria for pest control devices with the PIC: Devices used to electrocute or stun flying insects must be designed to retain the insects within the device, the device must not be installed directly over food preparation areas, and they must be positioned so that dead insects and insect fragments are prevented from falling or being propelled onto exposed food, food-contact surfaces, equipment, linens, and unwrapped single-service items. The person in charge removed the hanging fly trap at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PIC properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code.
