-- Liquid waste water inside floor drain under ice machine observed overflowing unto floors when plumbing fixtures were in use (hand sinks). The drain was unable to be immediately cleared by management. Reviewed imminent health hazards and MCESD requirements with the person in charge: Sewage waste shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. At the time of inspection, a plumber arrived on site and cleared the drain. Ran all plumbing fixtures including: toilets, 3-compartment sink, prep sinks, hand sinks, and the mop sink for several minutes to verify all drains remained cleared after repairs. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Maricopa County requires all establishments that serve open food, which requires time/temperature control for food safety, to have at least one certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff. The Person in Charge shall be a CFPM and is required to be onsite during the hours of operation. This certificate must be visible or readily accessible and kept at the establishment for all inspections. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
