During this on-site inspection, it was observed that a handwashing sink was removed from end of coffee counter and moved to center of counter. Observed multiple missing ceiling tiles in back kitchen prep area. Discussed having ceiling tiles repaired/replaced to ensure a smooth easily cleanable surface. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
