Observed chocolate pie prepared with milk (according to the manager) cold holding on counter at internal temperature of 60 deg F and manager informed cold cut deli sandwiches that had currently already left to a elementary school in the area with initial temperature of 38 deg F (according to the employee) The kitchen employee was able to recall initial temperature that both food items were placed out of temperature control and logged on time form as per their policy.
