Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 46-51 deg F in portions of the reach in cold table that are holding at >41 deg F. Spinach, lettuce, pepper jack and American cheese and shredded cheddar and bacon. Manager informed the pepper jack, and bacon had come from holding unit a short time prior and placed in walk in. Manager informed the other food items had been out since earlier in am and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. this is the third consecutive violation.
