Inspector's notes
Observed glass cleaner working container stored directly on energy drinks for service. PIC stated glass cleaner is in active use at time of inspection. PIC moved glass cleaner bottle directly above wine bottles. Discussed proper storage of chemicals and PIC was asked to move glass cleaner away from all food and food contact surfaces at time of inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
