Discussed food label basic requirements: 1) Name of Product; 2) Processor Name; 3) Processor Address or Phone Number; 4) Ingredients; 5) Approximate Weight; 6) In English). All bulk food items not easily identifiable must be labeled with common name of food. At time of inspection, the PIC segregated unlabeled canned food to obtain credit from vendor. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
