Observed hand sink in main chicken prep area with sanitizer bucket stored inside of it. Bucket was removed at time of inspection, and reviewed proper procedures with employees. Ensure hand sinks are used for hand washing only, and do not store any objects inside hand sinks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed back door propped open during inspection, and air curtains for door not functioning. Door was closed by PIC during inspection, and reviewed proper procedures - keep door closed between uses, and have air curtain repaired so that door can be used for extended times such as deliveries to prevent entry of pests. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
