Observed an ice scoop on top of the soda fountain pour area. Ice scoop was clean, PIC moved the ice scooper in a plastic container in a safe location. In-use utensils may not be stored where there could be contamination. Observed a magnetic knife block by hand sink that had two knifes shoved in-between the block and the wall on both sides. PIC removed the knifes and brought them to the 3 bay sink to be washed rinsed and sanitized. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
