Observed food contact and non-food contact surfaces with food debris; countertops near coffee station full of trash and food debris, hot dog rollers with caked on food debris, microwave oven with food debris and back room reach-in freezer dors with food debris. Discussed with PIC that trash needs to be cleaned up more frequently, food contact surface and, non-food contact surfaces need to be wiped down and free of food debris.
