Burritos and corndogs in far-right compartment of 3-door reach in refrigerator near back entrance with an internal temperature of 48*F. Person in charge stated foods were frozen and thawed overnight in unit and were still semi frozen within 5 hours of inspection. Person in charge placed foods in walk-in freezer to cool to 41*F within 1 hour. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. An employee was observed coming out of the restroom and proceeded to the cook/assembly area and began donning gloves. The PIC was immediately notified of the issue and had employee remove gloves and wash hands. Per Food Code, food employees must wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of the hands this includes handling raw meats, touching bare human body parts (except arms), coughing or sneezing, using the toilet, and handling dirty equipment or utensils. . A when to wash hands handout was given to the person in charge as well as a sticker on how to wash hands.
