Observed over 500ppm quat concentration in 2 different quat sanitizer bottles. Inspector diluted the bottles to 300ppm. Quat sanitizer levels must not exceed 400ppm, as the solution becomes toxic for food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
