Observed multiple holes in the walls of the establishment at plumbing/wall junctures. In addition, observed the hand sink located near the 3-compartment sink detaching from the wall with insufficient caulking at the sink/wall juncture. The establishment shall seal any gaps/holes in the walls to prevent the harborage of pests and to provide a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
