Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Per Operations Manager a permanent outdoor storage area will be constructed in the near future. Advised a minor remodel permit will be required for new outdoor storage area construction. Mop sink may also be relocated, if so, please submit a Minor Remodel application with MCESD's Plan Review team for review. Restaurant has one Rinnai CX199i tankless water heater which supplies 6.3 gallons per minute (GPM) at a 60 degrees F temperature rise. Restaurant will require 7.5 GPM. Current tankless water heater provides adequate hot water. Advised if hot water issues arise then an additional tankless water heater will be required or the installation of a minimum 50-gallon tank water heater.
