Observed in the walk-in freezer bags of ice meant for consumption being stored on the ground. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Discussed with PIC ensuring bagged ice is stored on pallets - PIC stated they would discuss storage with vendors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
