The outside mopsink is cracked on the bottom and cannot be used. The owner stated that he has another mopsink and will install it promptly. Ensure that mopwater is only discarded down the appropriate drains. Also, the restroom handsink faucet is severely oxidized and has sharp edges and must be replaced. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed deli ham, chorizo, cooked potatoes, and sausage cold holding at internal temperature of 51-53 deg F in the bottom portion of a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F. Manager informed the food items had been holding in unit since night prior and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Embargo prepared.
