Observed no hot water at the handwashing sink near the drive thru at time of inspection. PIC turned the hot water back on at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about requirement for all hand sinks to have hot and cold water at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed cooked bacon being held as time as a control on the preparation line with a discard day of Tues. According to the manager this food item has a 24 hour hold time and the actual day discarded would be Wednesday. Manager informed the bacon was date marked with wrong day and properly labeled with discard day of Wednesday during inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the reach in unit for ice cream and ice coffee cold holding at 45.1 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer). TCS food items was removed and redirected to alternate unit. Currently there is no TCS food items cold holding in unit. Manager will call repair technician.
