PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13, P: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap At mop sink, inspector observed the green water hose connected to the Atmospheric Continuous Pressure Backflow faucet with the open end of the water hose deep inside below the sewage flood rim of sink. Please discontinue this practice. Keep open end hose completely above the sink at all time. PiC hook the hose up above the sink at time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
