Inspector's notes

A line was connected from the chemical dispenser to the water line at the mop sink at time of inspection. Discussed the risk of chemical contamination with person in charge (PIC). They were able to remove it at time of inspection and PIC is opening a ticket. Inspector emailed guidance document with report for reference. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers.
