Establishment is equipped with a 3-comp sink with a double faucet. Observed left-most faucet, servicing the sanitize compartment, to be leaking at time of inspection. Discussed putting in a work order to address the leak with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed opened container of sour cream in walk-in refrigerator with no date markings. When asked how long the sour cream was being held, the person in charge stated it was opened 9 days ago and has been in use. Ready to eat foods must bear a date within 24 hours of being opened from original packaging and only be held for 7 days. Discarded sour cream. Discussed importance of date marking ready to eat foods with person in charge. After discussion with the person in charge, it has been determined that the root cause of the violation was training staff, which resulted in the violation.
