In the dairy and juice cooler near the restroom, observed 4 1/2 gallons of 2 percent, 5 1/2 gallons of whole milk, 12 chobani yogurt drinks, 15 packages of paninos, 4 quarts of strawberry milk, 2 quarts of chocolate milk, 4 quarts of whole milk, 1 strawberry shamrock shake, 4 chocolate shamrock shakes, 7 vanilla shamrock shakes, 4 2 percent fairlife, 1 strawberry fairlife, 6 1/2 gallons of tropicana orange juice, and 13 birthday cake flavored milks with temperature range of 45-50 degrees F. Min/max thermometer registered minimum ambient temperature of unit at 48.9 degrees at time of inspection. Thermometer in the unit indicates 45 degrees F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Person in charge (PIC) unsure when items went above 41 degrees F. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. No TCS items will be placed in the unit until it is repaired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Floor damaged in front of the 3 comp sink. Cove base disconnected next to the soda dispensers. Caulking leaking under soda machine trays. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times.
