Observed regular 2x4 foot ceiling tiles in the kitchen area for 4 tiles around the new lights. Vinyl coated ceiling tiles were everywhere else. Ensure that all ceiling areas in the kitchen are smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
