Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Stopped by establishment to check on the status of this permit. Inspection conducted with employee Karlene M. Spoke with owner via phone during onsite inspection.Permit not yet approved.Observed a hand sink installed next to the front counter. Hand sink did not have any hot water. Current hot water temperature at this hand sink was measured at 68'F.Correct/address the following items prior to final approval/re-inspection:1) Provide 100-110'F of hot water to the front hand sink.2) Test and certify the RPZ backflow device for the soda equipment. Provide the test report. 3) Provide a dual check valve backflow preventer (ASSE 1022) for the non-carbonated beverage equipment.
