-- Observed standing water accumulated in multiple areas throughout the kitchen: directly near ice machine from melting ice, under CO2 machine, in restrooms. Ran plumbing fixtures for several minutes to verify no active sewage was occurring. Small crevices around piping below 3 compartment sink expose inner wall and should be sealed. Corner near walk-in of dry storage area has some small crevices near recently repaired area that should be sealed/covered. Please repair these areas to protect inner walls. PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-501.114, P: Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization- Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness. -- No detectable chlorine sanitizer was being dispensed in the sanitizing rinse of the in-use warewashing machine. Observed that the sanitizer container was almost empty. A new container was installed, the machine was primed, and the rinse tested at the proper concentration.
