Employee was asked to make chlorine sanitizer solution with 50-100ppm concentration and put washed dishes into solution for 1-10 seconds before putting them to dry. Ensure to always use sanitizer as last step when washing dishes to properly sanitize, then allow dishes to air dry. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
