At time of inspection, establishment is using a temporary handwashing set up in the service station on the patio. On the patio, employees will scoop ice, scoop salsa into bowls, and move chips from the warmer to the plate. There is a current pending remodel for the addition of a permanent handwashing sink. Per manager, they are looking to install the permanent handwashing sink this summer. Inspector encouraged management to limit the amount of food handling that occurs on the patio until the permanent handwashing set up is installed.On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals At time of inspection, observed the three compartment sink in the bar in use with quat sanitizer at a concentration of 500+ppm. Quat sanitizer should be kept at a concentration between 150-400ppm as stated on the bottle. Solution was remade and at a concentration of 200 ppm. Discussed testing and procedure for making the sanitizer in the bar 3 compartment sink. Dishes that had been washed in the original solution were rewashed. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
