Observed employee bathroom did not have hand drying provisions stocked and ready for use. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a high vis safety vest and sweater jacket on top of single service paper sandwich bags. PIC was able to move the articles of clothing to an employee locker area at the time of inspection. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
