Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Steam kettle has a water filler hose that extends to the floor, well below the flood rim of the kettle, with no back flow prevention. Please install a proper back flow preventor, such as a reduced pressure zone valve (RPZ) or provide a much shorter hose that is supported to provide proper air gap.b
