7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Predefined Comment: All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection.

No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed. Cold holding units in this concessions stand are not holding at 41*F or lower. Inspector's Min/Max thermometer measured 55.6*F inside a cold-holding unit. The thermometer inside the unit measured 47*F even with the unit dial set for 38*F. The cold-holding unit will not be able to store any TCS foods until it is maintaining 41*F or lower. Inspector also observed that the temperature on the inside of the concessions stand (Both East and West side) have no AC or cooling method sufficient enough to keep the concessions stand at a safe/tolerable temperature. The temperature inside was excessively hot and may be causing the cold-holding units to fail. The concession stand was not in use or processing food at time of inspection.

Observed chewed up plastic bag on the food prep counter with holes in the plastic liner. The plastic bags/liners were being used to cover the food appliances (Hot dog rollers, nacho cheese dispenser, etc.). Also observed rodent droppings behind appliances on the counter near the wall. Person in charge (PIC) also made these same observations and stated they will open a ticket for pest control. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection.
