Coved base by dough machine is damaged and peeling away from wall. Covers missing from cleanouts near mop sink, water heater, and below front hand wash station. Corner of backdoor sweep is slightly damaged. Previous floor sink that was filled in long ago is not level with rest of flooring below 3 compartment sink and should be resurfaced to be level, smooth, and easily cleanable similar to the floor sink below the front hand wash station.

Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers.
