During inspection observed a QUAT sanitizer bucket with a concentration ranging at 0ppm. Upon request the the QUAT bucket solution was remade to establish a concentration of QUAT at 200ppm. Ensure to use QUAT sanitizer at the proper concentration adhering to manufactures specifications at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The Styrofoam cup was relocated to the designated area by the person in charge, and the employees proceeded to re-wash their hands accordingly.
