Observed a box of latex gloves on the counter in the deli. Person in charge (PIC) stated that the gloves were for an employee that needed the larger size. Discussed the increased risk of allergic reactions when using latex with food. PIC switched the gloves to non-latex at time of inspection. Latex gloves are not approved for food handling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
