Observed two AVB's in the backroom mop sinks, with an active leak when water is turned on. Educated PIC on the importance of the AVB when it come to maintaining proper backflow protection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed broken AVB valve in back retail area mop sink. AVB valve lid was broken and laying in sink, plastic piece was chipped away but intact. Educated PIC on the importance of the AVB valve. PIC submitted a work order to have valve fixed and lid replaced. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
