Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed leak from Atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at the mop sink. Prior to next routine inspection, have backflow device serviced by a plumber or backflow specialist to ensure backflow device is in good repair.
Inspector's notes
Observed several traps located throughout the kitchen, near the service line, next to ice machine, and on the floor of the mop sink area with dead insects still on the traps. PIC stated that the traps were left through the summer season, and have yet to be vacated from the area. Discussed the need to remove full traps to avoid further attraction of insects/pests. All permitted food establishments must maintain premises free of insects and pests. Instructed PIC to have establishment serviced by a certified pest applicator. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
