Inspector's notes

Employee working at the make line area went to the front counter to speak to a guest and put both gloved hands on the counter, then went to handle food items at the make line without changing gloves and washing hands. Same employee touched pants, then put on a glove and went to handle food items at the fryer without washing hands. The employee was asked to wash hands and did so. Ensure that employees wash hands after engaging in activities that may contaminate hands. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
