Observed a spray nozzle at the end of a hose downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at the mop sink with the hot and cold water faucets in the "on" position, pressurizing the system. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Person in charge (PIC) removed spray nozzle and set faucets to "off" position during inspection to correct. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Food may not be stored in the following rooms: Locker, toilet, dressing, garbage, mechanical rooms; under non-shielded sewer lines, leaking water lines, stairwells, any other contamination source. >>> Observed a leaking pipe inside the walk in freezer, several boxes of frozen french fries were located underneath the pipe and had ice accumulating on and around the boxes. Explained to PIC that food should not be stored underneath an actively leaking pipe. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
