Observed 0 ppm bleach at the main dishwasher. Manager changed out the bleach container, and now at 50 ppm bleach. Manager noticed it was old bleach. Ensure that 50-100 ppm bleach is present at the dishwasher at all times. Talked to manager about techniques to check concentration.
