At time of inspection, the instant hot water heater for the handwashing sink and the 3 compartment sink was turned off. By the end of the inspection it was turned back on and hot water was accessible. Hot water must be kept available at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Addl Notes: At time of inspection, no handwashing soap was stationed at the front handwashing sink. Only soap was available in the rest room. Employee obtained more soap and placed them at the front hand sink. All handwashing sinks must be kept available with hot water, handwashing cleanser, and a hand drying provision. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
