Observed faucet at the hand washing sink with corroded metal. Observed faucet to be loose and not sealed to the sink. All fixtures must be smooth, easily cleanable, and sealed. Please replace faucet prior to the next routine inspection to ensure cleanability. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed slow drain at three compartment sink allowing dish water to flow onto the floor. All drains must be kept in good repair to avoid drain backups and to prevent contamination to the premises. Please repair drain and ensure proper drainage prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
