Observed three compartment sink with 0 ppm of quat sanitizer when tested with test strip with dishes in sanitizer. Observed sanitizer back connected to the sink to be empty. All quat sanitizers must have concentrations of 150-400ppm depending on manufacturer's guidelines to ensure proper sanitization of food contact surfaces. Sanitizer bag was changed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
