Upon re-inspection, all violations have been corrected. During the site visit it was observed that the walk in cooler was maintaining an ambient temperature of 38*F. Observed chicken in walk in cooler at 45*F. Walk in cooler was fluctuating in temperature between 38 - 46*F during site visit.
