Inspector's notes

Observed a cracked and pealing seal over the swinging doors leading into the cold room from the front of the meat department. Also observed a missing over the door seal on the swinging doors leading into the cold room from the back dry storage hallway. Alerted manager who placed a work order in for both doors at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of having full sealed doors in order to conserve cold air within the cold room. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
