The scrambles were cold holding at internal temperature of 47-49 deg F and Manager removed from retail cold case to discard. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Portion of reach in cold case that contains eggs holding at internal temperature of 45.1 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer) All TCS food items within temperature for that section was removed and placed in dairy box. TCS food items holding out of temperature was removed to be discarded. Currently there is no TCS food items cold holding in that section. Manager has placed a work order. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
