Observed no quat test strips in the facility at time of inspection. Establishment utilizes quat test strips for sanitizing food contact surfaces. These items were holding in a unit that was holding at >41 deg F. Manager informed the milk and whipped cream had been in unit since the night prior and removed food items from retail sale.
